Main Contracting — Small Works

We hold BCA General Builder Class 2, which lets us take a project as main contractor rather than as a specialist subcontractor. We are deliberate about where that makes sense: smaller building works, where the structural content is significant and one accountable party beats a consultant coordinating five.

We do not pitch for large main-contract work. Class 2 carries a project value limit, and more to the point, a job that needs a large main contractor needs their overhead, their staff and their supply chain — not ours. Saying so at the enquiry stage saves everyone a tender.

On the work we do take, you get the same site team and the same structural discipline as our subcontract packages, with the programme, cost and authority submissions held under one appointment.
