What this service covers
We are extending into landed residential construction and interior design. You appoint one party: the design is tested against buildability, cost and programme while it is still on paper, and the people who drew it are answerable for it on site.
Reinforced concrete is our daily work on far larger projects, so a basement, a cantilever or a transfer beam on a landed plot is familiar ground rather than the part of the job that goes wrong.
This is a new line and we say so plainly. What is not new is the structural competence behind it, or the design partnership, which is exclusive rather than a panel of firms we call when busy.
