Project Manager

Own the delivery of commercial and industrial projects end to end: programme, cost, safety, quality and the client relationship.

What you will own

Own the baseline programme and issue weekly progress and look-ahead reporting
Manage subcontractor procurement, coordination and performance
Administer variations, progress claims and the final account
Chair site meetings with consultants, the QP and the client
Enforce the site safety and quality regime alongside the site supervisor

What we are looking for

Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Building or Construction Management
Proven delivery of Singapore commercial, industrial or A&A projects
Working knowledge of BCA, SCDF and WSH requirements
Comfortable administering variations and progress claims

Project Supervisor

Run the day-to-day site: sequencing of trades, quality inspections, safety enforcement and the daily site record.

What you will own

Supervise daily works and coordinate trade sequencing on site
Carry out quality inspections against the inspection and test plan
Run toolbox briefings and enforce PPE and permit-to-work discipline
Maintain the daily site diary, labour returns and photographic records

What we are looking for

Diploma or ITE certification in Building, Civil or a related trade
Singapore site experience on A&A, fit-out or new-build projects
Valid WSH supervisor training (or willingness to complete it)
Able to read and work from architectural and structural drawings

Quantity Surveyor / Engineer

Take ownership of measurement, tender pricing, subcontract packages and cost reporting across live projects.

What you will own

Prepare take-offs, bills of quantities and tender pricing
Call, evaluate and award subcontract packages
Value variations and prepare monthly progress claims
Produce cost-to-complete reporting for each project

What we are looking for

Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building or Construction Management
Singapore measurement and contract administration experience
Strong spreadsheet discipline and attention to detail
