The constraint
A residential development runs to a main contractor's programme across many identical floors, so the structural package lives or dies on cycle time — holding a floor cycle week after week without losing finish quality or safety discipline.
How we approached it

Our own hundred-strong site team works the deck, so the gang forming this floor is the gang that formed the last one.

Formwork systems and rebar sequencing are planned for repetition, which is where a residential frame either gains or loses its programme.

Pre-pour inspection is signed by our own supervisor before any concrete is called.
